They charged to me extra $44 dollars.
Nothing . I'll never ever back again.
I didn't like it at all . It was very terrible. They changed to me extra $44 dollars. Stuff so bad .
They don't warn you about the $20 a day parking. The parking structure is terrible and very small.
Beautiful hotel, accommodating staff and excellent amenities
A wedding reception was going on right next to rooms facing the pool . That wouldn't have been a nuscence if the dj wouldn't have had the music blaring late into the night , and having a very young child w/ us in the room, getting to bed was very difficult
Nice facility, personable and responsive staff, good breakfast options
Hard mattress and inconsistent Internet
Difficult road entrance to find at night...
The people were nice, the room was clean.
Road Entrance difficult to find because of inadequate signage. Key cards did not all work. View area from lobby by restaurant to pool overlooked messy hoses, weeds & trash. Had long wait for coffee & tea to take to room giving ample time to look at dingy view.
Great Price and great hotel
Loved it the hotel was clean the staff was nice the pool was clean an amazing w a fire place outside, the stop is great only 10 mins or less from sea world gaslamp beach coronado . Great experience looks remodeled and in great condition. Cookie was super tasty !
Great location, very clean and comfortable!!
The patio was great and the beds were comfortable!!
Traffic noise, garage parking was a tight fit for bigger cars, and had to pay extra 18$ for parking! Shower curtain keep falling off making a water mess on the floor!!
You can't beat being greeted with a kind smile and a warm cookie. The Double Tree provided what my wife and I were looking for. Our room was clean. We weren't traveling with children; however, our suite's bunk bed and child room would have been perfect.
The parking is rather tight, and the elevator was creaky and smelled badly.
We love the Doubletree and YES because of the cookies! From the start the customer service was excellent. We called for an early check in and was accommodated. The room was 2 queen and a sofa. The room was clean and spacious enough for all 4. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Location was great. We had an event downtown and shopped in Mission Valley.
Great hospitality, everyone was very gracious and attentive. the pool was extremely nice and i loved the workout room.
only bad thing is the ice machine turns off after 9 o'clock and me and my guest were told to go to the bar and get our own ice downstairs.
The bed!!!! It was sóoo comfortable and the peace and quietnesss.
Hotel as such is good and comfortable.good and friendly staff and other services
Very far from downtown. No hotel couch to downtown or airport.Every trip to downtown cost $20 one way and no bus routes direct so you can add another $40 each day to your stay which is horrible.Again,no restuarents other than other hotels or even a newsagent shop anywhere near for miles and you are forced to eat from hotel restaurent only.It is an excellent hotel but the location is in a most undesirable place
Good location near highway an shopping mall. 10 minutes drive do major attractions. Helpful staff. Good outdoor pool and hot jacuzzi
No free Internet in rooms. Hotel actually located at highway could have a free parking. No coffee at bar
the hotel was grea close to everything we wanted to do less then 10 min to down town. and the beach
hotel was great staf was great distance to everything was great, did not expect to have to pay for parking, that was the only thing I did not like about the hotel. $16.00 dollars a night for parking
I liked the balcony in our room. The beds were comfortable too.
I did not like how the bathtubs were very small and ours was unbalanced.
I dont like the fact about extra charge for the parking fees. I pay for rooms and plus daily parking every day $16 dollars. Thats the only one reason that I will not stay in the hotel again. Thank you
