Liked: staff takes COVID-19 precautions seriously. Food is provided in cartons. Could have been better: advised this location was pet friendly. Too many pets at location. Dogs barked at my kids which scared them.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and housekeeping, reporting dirty rooms, worn furniture, and inconsistent cleaning services. Service quality was also a common concern, with several guests citing unresponsive or inattentive staff. However, some guests highlighted positives such as a good breakfast, spacious rooms, and a convenient location. A few reviews also mentioned friendly staff and useful amenities, though these were less frequently noted. Overall, while there are some redeeming qualities, the hotel struggles with cleanliness and service.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Cons (-) The floors are TOO THIN!! I could hear footsteps above me when they woke up and were moving about. That NEVER SHOULD HAPPEN IN A HOTEL!!!
