Cons:Tub was cracked and was not cleaned still had grease in the tub from other people taking a bath i was suprised it had a microwave it was the kind where the plate rotates but was missing the plate need to be 1 star
Pros:It Was cheap.
Cons:Poorly kept, dead ants everywhere.
Pros:The room was clean and nice. We were right outside the pool and barely heard the noise outside. Checkin was fast and easy as was check out. And the breakfast was very nice lots of food.
Cons:My only conplaints would be the beds my son slept on the pullout couch which was so thin you could feel the springs underneath you. Needless to say he ended up in our bed half way through the night because he couldnt sleep. The main bed wasnt as thin, but it wasnt very comfortable either. But other than that it was great
Pros:The bed was adequate. There is a microwave and minifridge in each room. The coffee in the lobby was tasty. Upon arrival, the rooms smelled (strongly) recently disinfected, which is both good and bad, as they required airing out for 20 minutes before settling in. It helped to run the air conditioner to circulate the air.
Cons:The "breakfast" was underwhelming, consisting of juice, coffee, stale muffins, store-bought danish, cold or hot cereal, served in the extremely small lobby. There are 2 tiny tables, with a total of 4 chairs, in a very cramped space. There were not any healthy choices, nor was anything substantial available, like waffles, eggs, etc. The location is right on the freeway at a busy intersection, and the road noise is constant. Over 3 nights, we awoke to sirens from emergency vehicles 4 times. When traveling on the I-5 South, access to the parking is odd, requiring 3 turns around a neighborhood, then a risky game of "Frogger" to land safely in the parking lot before being t-boned by speeding cars. I observed a drug deal taking place across the street near a liquor store. The property offers no amenities, and is not very family friendly for this reason.
Pros:Close to bus stop. Room was spacious.
Cons:Staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. When we came to check in, the man at the front desk was looking at his cell phone and did not make eye contact with us for quite a while after trying to initiate conversation. When we asked for more specifics on what area the zip code covered, he was not helpful. The second front desk employee we interacted with was more friendly and willing to help, but when we asked for an extra towel he had none to offer us.
