location was about it
Very dated space. Not very clean. Online pics were misleading. Very loud, lot's of partying 20-somethings and slamming doors at all hours. Much better options in the area for the price-point
Restaurant had an excellent view of SD. Bar was excellent and bartender wasn’t slippin on the bottomless mimosas. Location was a good walking distance to Waterfront Park. Pool/spa was a cute size to hangout out.
Water pressure in the shower wasn’t the greatest. Sink drained very slowly.
The location of this hotel is amazing, just a short walk from Little Italy. The room and bathroom were a great size. It was great to have both a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The balcony was a plus! Parking was only $25 and they allowed you to keep your car there until 1pm after check out. It Was great since it gave us time to explore the neighborhood.
Our room would get a bit warm at times. I am not sure if it was due to having older AC. The hotel is small and there would be long waits for the elevator at time.
The hotel is within walking distance to the bay. The front desk and valet staff were very friendly and accommodating. The Glass Door restaurant had great food and the view from the outdoor seating was beautiful!
Really liked location. Near some good restaurants in Little Italy.
Pics make the hotel look a lot nicer than it is. Rooms are small, towels are like motel 6 towels but overall a good value.
Day staff was great .... put your night staffff
Manager was nice fix problems right way. I remembered my name every time
Night staff seem to be mad that we need something or acted like they did have time for u
AC is Useless
The location was nice.
Its basically a converted motel, the rooms are small and the AC doesn't work. I tried multiple rooms blasting the little units at 62 degrees and it still about 80 degrees in the room late into the night. I barely slept.
Affordable and Great Little Italy Location
Great location and price. Decent rooms with great amenities like a mini fridge and microwave. Perfect affordable place to stay with friends when hitting up Little Italy and Gaslamp.
More like a renovated motel. Beds are serviceable at best. Only valet parking. Bathroom door didn't lock. Rooms towards the street can get loud.
Good for price
Nice staff, good location, and not too expensive
Small rooms and a lot of noise
Porto - Fine
Loved the location, it was close to everything.
When I checked in my credit card was overcharged. (I was aware of the fee's needing to be charged upon check in) However, the charge my card pended on was way over what was proposed.
The location was perfect. Went to crssd music festival and it was a ten minute walk to the venue! Awesome boutique hotel that was very cozy and clean.
Good if you don't mind the noise
This place was clean and comfortable.
However, the walls were paper thin. You can hear everything from people walking outside and starting cars to people talking at a normal volume nearby. Really terrible when the drunks returned to their rooms around midnight and 2 am.
