Pros (+) The room was large and nicely furnished. There was a high ceiling and windows letting in lots of light there was an overhead waterfall shower. There were high-quality stereo speakers. The people at the desk were responsive, providing advice about restaurants and other places to go and arranging cab rides and restaurant reservations. All in all a very pleasant experience. Cons (-) The hotel is in the middle of the crowded gaslamp district, which resulted in some noise in the evening. I scarcely noticed it however my wife was more aware of it. It did not interfere with our sleeping.

Pros (+) The check in was quilt and friendly. Room was beautiful and modern. I love the old with the new. Perfect blend. The curtain between the room and bathroom was the only downside. It made taking showers cold all the time. That is my only complaint. Everything else was great.
