Okay
I like the fact that the staff here was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They did their best to help us out, so for that I thank you so much. Props to those working there.
The hotel can definitely upgrade their cleanliness. The sheets weren't very clean, and we had problems with the first two rooms before being moved to a third room which was better than the previous ones. Like mentioned, the staff was incredibly helpful so thank you for having accommodated us while staying there.
A Crime Scene Waiting To Happen
Leaving early
Feeling like I might be robbed or killed at any moment.
Overpriced, loud but no bug spray
I liked the fact they don't use that bug spray in the room most hotels in that price class use. The furniture in the room is newish and the bedsheets didn't have any faint skidmarks that didn't get washed out. What do you expect?? This is a cheap place (even though you sold it to me for $80+ when it's worth $65 after taxes).
Hotel staff does not place a hold on the credit card for incidentals but charges the credit card after the guest arrives for $100. This means I have to monitor that those $100 are returned and this is extra work I do not appreciate. I think $80+ whatever I paid is totally overpriced for this hotel, what the hell are you people thinking? The place is also loud and the blinds in the room afford little privacy.
2 star but updating and remodeling.
Usually stay at Hilton properties (every Hilton/Mariott was sold out the week I was in town) so that's what I have to base my review on. They were remodeling and trying to improve cleanliness. The staff was friendly. Close to airport, $10 uber ride to downtown.
Property was older, somewhat dirty, motel like with parking lot in front of rooms...
perfect for the price
The location was close to downtown and the airport. It was a $90 room vs $200 for a Hampton Inn or similar close by. It was definitely an Inn and not a hotel but the location was safe and rooms were clean and retail was close for dinner.
For the price and expectations it was fine. Being a smaller inn and independent you get what you pay for. It was clean and everything worked but it was a bit noisy being next to a busy road and it was raining and the rain flowing through the gutters was quite loud.
Scary motel
Staff was friendly. Fairly close to shops and attractions if you have a car.
This hotel was very old, doors open to parking lot with large windows that were not very secure, the bathrooms had rusty features, the tub was stained, spiderwebs in windows, thin towels, and minimal toiletries, the rooms were stuffy, the thermostat didn't work. I would not choose to stay here alone.
Once was enough....
The room was big and roomy
Location and overall appearance of the hotel. It's a rundown place that had a half ass face lift. I also didn't like the fact that the front desk accusede of smoking and denied me from ever booking there again. I wouldn't stay here even if they paid me.
comfortable bed
sheets weren't clean neither were some of the towels tv was static no pool or hot tub kayak says there is supposed to be
Service was friendly, quick and simple. Happy to help with directions.
The water temperature in the sink was didn't get cold.
