Pros (+) Airport shuttle. Decent on site restaurant.
Cons (-) Room was exceptionally drafty. Work chair and desk uncomfortable to sit at. Location compared to other hotels in that area is poor - back in an industrial park amidst roads in various states of construction. Overall the entire building felt old and in need of an overhaul.
Pros (+) Friendly staff, clean room, pool looked nice (too cool to swim).
Cons (-) Not the nicest location, not much in the area although close enough to the airport. Pretty noisy heater in the room.
Pros (+) The breakfast was bomb af and they gave us a late checkout which was so clutch. The Sheraton is where its at!

Pros (+) I was very please with the easy check in and check out process. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable. The pool area was very clean and my family enjoyed night swimming as the pool was heated. It's near shopping and eating and the parking was easy.
Cons (-) The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was the airconditioner. It's so close to one of the beds that the air is blowing on you the entire night.

We were late for our function due to late check in because of hotel and weren't even given rooms on the same floor as our friends. Staff said they were giving us an upgrade for our inconvenience and didn't. We were very disappointed in their failure to accommodate our only two request!! Pros (+) They actually have great cable, very friendly staff, just overall a great experience!
Cons (-) There was a large party going on in the banquet rooms, which you heard throughout the hotel. The worse part was when it was wrapping up. not sure what was being moved...i.e.: large furniture or equipment... But after 11 pm, it is inexcusable. I would definitely not use this hotel on Friday or Saturday night due to the noise levels.

Pros (+) We had an early morning flight from SJC so needed a place to stay nearby. The hotel was comfortable and had a nice shuttle.
Cons (-) The hotel is off the beaten path and there isn't much nearby. We ended up needing to eat at the hotel bar (which turned out to be acceptable).
Pros (+) I love the rooms. They are clean and well maintained. I feel comfortable in every room I've stayed in. The service is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy coming back to this Four Points time and time again.
