Cons (-) We showed up at the hotel only to find it was closed due some government tax issue. They did not call us to let us know in advance. They did however shuttle us to another lower end hotel ( which was comfortable enough) that did not have casino, spa or nice pools.

Pros (+) Great place to stay very family oriented and nice pool area. Needs more chairs by the pool for sitting. Beautiful place. Would recommend to anyone. A little noisy in the halls a lot of slamming doors and loud talking. Very clean everyone who works there very nice.

Pros (+) After seeing my room, I was expecting the rest of the hotel to be run-down and in disrepair. I was happy that the breakfast buffet was good, and offered good selections, and everything there looked and 'felt' clean. Proximity to airport and free shuttle were plusses.

Pros (+) I like that the hotel provides transportation to/from the airport. Also the breakfast good variety. The staff was great ( the bell people) as well as the system technician I had an issue with my phone and he took his time to help me.
Cons (-) I didn't like the condition of my room. I didn't mind the tower I had didn't have an elevator. But the rooms need an upgrade. When I got to my room the light didn't work so I used the lamp.
