Pros:Staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pool and tiny cove beach super convenient. Two restaurants open in hotel which is also convenient.
Cons:Rooms need updating but wouldn’t deter us from coming back!

Cons:Hotel is a little run down. Staff was not extremely engaged at check in and check out. WiFi didn’t work. TV screen was grainy. Smoke smell late at night.

Pros:Beautiful hotel and amazing location with some great amenity options.
Cons:The staff was very poorly trained and had terrible customer service skills. In our stay we got completely ignored by a consierge, had to wait to check in an hour after the check in time, a stuffed animal taken from our room by house keeping never to be returned. To top it off the walls are painfully thin, and a group of 6 teenagers got checked in next to us. Loved the location but will stay elsewhere at my next visit.

Pros:I liked the beach being right there
Cons:Wifi didn't work for a few hours tons of problems, when we told staff they said that they would call att, they said nothing was wrong with it, finally me fiddling with my phone, and almost a day later we got it to work. But the one thing that pissed me off, was the fact that they have hidden fees like a deposit of some kind that no one tells you before you go, which you if you pay that deposit with a debit card you're screwed because you have to wait 2 weeks to get it back. Everything is absolutely overpriced even the water. So what I did to frugal with my money was that i bought snacks and water so i wouldn't have to be $5 for a bottle of water. I could go on, but I didn't like it and will not stay here again

Cons:Remote didn't work. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work Room stains on counter and the floor that were not cleaned from previous guest. I checked in after 10 pm and was too tired to asked for a different room , then the remote didn't work, again too too tired to call but in the morning when the exhaust fan fan in bathroom did not work I, thought the view was not worth it.

Pros:Everything was so unbelievably great. The staff was awesome, the views were spectacular, the water sports were on point, proximity to the center of old san juan and condado center. extreme value for the money.

Pros:The Condado Plaza is a great bargain to escape the Winter blues and the excessive snows of the northeast. The staff is pleasant and helpful. When we first arrived and checked in, the room we were assigned had a defective AC unit and it was a humid swamp. I went to the front desk and explained the problem and was immediately moved to another room with working AC. The front desk staff was polite and personal.
Cons:The hotel needs updating. It appears to have had a renovation in many of the public areas and the rooms. Those areas have a boutique hotel vibe, but the carpet in the hallways of the room floors need to be replaced.
