Shower Valve was broken and didn’t have hot water until 10pm, bathroom door did not shut & soap holder in shower was broken and was sharp.
It could of been cleaner
The staff was very helpful and nice! The room had the amenities we needed and was comfortable.
The pool and especially hot tub were not very clean.. the hotel has wear and tear but worth it for the price
Nice pool and hot tub
Hallways and stairs dirty
Do not book this hotel. You will regret it
We didn't stay. It was so bad we left and got another hotel. It smelled bad and the place was falling apart. Is there any way to get a refund?
This is the best hotel in its price range.
The staff are extremely generous and accommodating. They were NY favorite part. Also the whirlpool tubs are awesome! The hot tub was a little dirty otherwise everything would have five stars. That's a fixable and also not a key point at a hotel for me. The location is not in the best neighborhood but as soon as you are on the hotels grounds you would not be able to tell they keep it very safe. Also that's not really within the hotels power. The hotel itself was updated for the price range and clean. The staff is non fussy and relaxed and attentive.
Cheap but horrible location and smelled.
It was very cheap and close to the boardwalk.
It smelled terrible and the location was awful as it was right next to a house and hotel unit that looked like it was for drug addicts.
Walking distance to the Boardwalk. Staff seemed to be nice and welcoming.
Overall felt like there was a lack of security. Bathrooms were run down and needed work. Rooms were noisey and could easily hear people outside the room.
a not what we had hoped for or expected
I liked that there was a little fridge and microwave In the room
I didn't like how small the bedroom was. Rooms at motel 6 have even been bigger. The lights in the bathroom didn't work, and someone came to replace them, they'd work for a bit, then broken again. The switches on the wall didn't even work, you'd have to press them like 3 or 4 times with hard pressure to get it to work. When we first got to the room, there wasn't even a remote, we had to call the front desk to bring one up. The workers were nice for the most part, but will never stay there again, especially not for $200 a night.
Lack of security.
The staff was nice. The room was clean. It wasn't noisey. I was happy with my experience
Room needed work. Chrome fixtures badly rusted. Jacuzzi tub seemed dirty.
The hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast was excellent.
The area seems a little unsafe.
Alan, the manager, was very helpful. He kindly upgraded us to a jacuzzi room, which was wonderful. The room was smallish but had all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, and housekeeping promptly cleaned when we went out. The king bed was very comfortable.
The room could use a few more electrical outlets devoted to computers. And breakfast was pretty minimal. But, the price was attractive enough to make it very easy for us to happily go out to Emily's coffee shop and bakery for breakfast rather than rely on Costco sugary cereals or sweet rolls.
Location was convenient but thought it was overpriced given the lower overall quality of the rooms. Nothing bad but nothing great either.
staff was very friendly
Just your neighbors! If facing your motel, from Ocean St., the neighbors on your left.
The manager/owner was very pleasant and the continental breakfast was definitely a plus
Needs to be upgraded - bathrooms especially, they said they are starting renovations soon
Comfort and very quite!
Location, but still accessable
Should have stated an age policy when booking the room
good hotel ,good brekfast,good room
