Pros (+) The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. The location provided easy access to the town and freeway. It was quieter than expected.
Cons (-) The beds were well worn and needed replacement. Housekeeping left something to be desired.

Pros (+) Quiet, clean and friendly. And the free breakfast was quite ample and well maintained. We would stay there again.
Pros (+) The room was modern, clean, looked recently redone; the staff was helpful and unintrusive. Everything was the better than could have been wished for. Five stars doesn't do it justice!
Pros (+) The Quality Inn Santa Cruz was a very nice and comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were very clean. The location is in the middle of town about a mile and a half or two from beach. Very safe location. There was a free breakfast, which was very good and another nice plus. The motel clerk and staff were very friendly and kind. I definitely would stay here again.
Cons (-) I have nothing negative to say only wished it was a little closer to the beach.
