clean, quiet, great rate
Clean, comfortable bed, easy parking right out the door. It was a Sunday night, which probably helped it be very quiet and the price was excellent..
Close to family.
When I arrived the night manager was RUDE!!! When we entered our room, there was a used bar of soap in the bathroom - very unsanitary!!! There was a pill on the tray where the wine glasses and bottle of wine was - very dangerous!! What if a child had gotten hold of that?!?! A group of us wanted to go to the bar and have a drink but were told we had to pay a $12 cover charge because it was salsa night. We had no intention of salsa dancing, just wanted to chat over a drink. To top it off, they decided that putting up scaffolding right outside our room at 6:47 am on Monday morning was ok.
I enjoy the pool to keep kids busy
The check-out time is too early at 11am. If there's an extra hour, it would be great!
very nice for family food not to expensive, clean nice pool and pool area
were not enough outlets in room for recharging phone etc no computor for public use they did say they were getting one and that it was stolen first time I ever heard that at hotel?
Upgrade to a suite. Excellent room. Quiet.
No TV in bedroom.
4th stay and will be back
It's a nice hotel with all the amenities for either a business or family stay including a nice pool, spa (I've never used) and restaurant. Staff always friendly and it is only 20 min from the Santa Rosa airport
A local treasure with historic, romantic ambiance
We love the feel at the Flamingo! People come there knowing theres good times and relaxation to be had! We all love the romantic history and ambiance. Has a great feel. Rooms are sexy and nice. People are friendly and helpful. Food at terrace grill is delicious. Spa services very luxurious! We are local residents and go frequently just to get away and have fun. Also love the events they put on.
Having to leave!
Nice pools and spa.
The Flamingo Resort and Spa brings the Santa Rosa luxury resort lifestyle to a wider audience by focusing on pristine quarters and a luxurious spa while forsaking frill based amenities.
Built in 1959, the Flamingo housed Hollywood's elite for twenty years. Since in 1989, it has been privately owned, family run hotel working on restoring its prestige and old Hollywood glamour. While recently renovated, the five guest room layouts maintain a retro vibe, staying true to the history of the hotel. The beds are luxurious and soft. The hotel houses a full service spa for pampering. A yoga and cycling studio provides guests a fun way to stay in shape with group workout classes. The fitness and tennis club resemble the elite clubs of black and white era while including modern amenities such as a heated pool.
The Terrace Bar and Grill serves guests in the restaurant or poolside. The Sunday brunch is a popular option. The Flamingo also houses a retro-style night lounge with live music weekly. Guests can also take salsa lessons at the lounge.
The historic, retro-glam of the Flamingo lets guests slip back in time to the golden days of Hollywood, making it a perfect choice for those heading to Santa Rosa or nearby wine country.
