Good for what you're paying
Very clean and felt safe. The owner/manager seems to live on site, which is reassuring. Good amenities (microwave, fridge, hair dryer, ironing board). Free wifi, though it was spotty at times. Free breakfast snacks in the room (various granola bars and juices). Location is convenient to freeway.
Downsides, the bedding and curtains were thin and minimal. It was hard to close the curtains all the way, and I wished I had brought a blanket of my own. The walls were also thin. It was easy to hear street noise and neighbors above, even though I kept the fan going all night. Overall a solid choice for the price point. If you want to sleep better, bing earplugs or pay more to go somewhere else.

Clean, nice staff..
Uncomfortable beds, bare minimum room it felt a. Bit like a prison cell, breakfast wasn't very good just granola bars coffee and sunny D stuff. It didn't add anything to the trip

Room was clean with convenient amenities; fridge, microwave, etc. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows! I always appreciate a place that doesn't skimp on pillows. Location is decent, close to interstate and walkable (during daylight) from downtown.
Although a channel guide is provided by the hotel, the tv could use an update and the wifi did not work. First world problems...

Clean, good-sized room and bathroom. Full amenities (mini-fridge, microwave, cable, wifi, coffee, iron and board, hair dryer) plus complimentary in-room snacks and juice. Cordial, helpful office staff and attentive housekeeping staff. Near major mall for provisions and eats. On major street (but not noisy) with easy access to nearby downtown.
Upgrade from regular door keys to secure card system would be nice.

“They just remodeled the room I was in, boy they did a nice job. It's a smaller motel, but the owner takes a lot of pride in his property. The bathroom has all been upgraded, the bedding is nice and the room layout, esp for a small hotel, is really nice. Thoughtful. It's quieter than other places that I checked out. I have stayed here about 4 nights or so in the past few months while visiting the area.”
