“This place is fantastic. One of the few properties in the area with some king size beds. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us secure a tour, arranged for transportation, and answered any questions we had. The pool area and patio in the back of the hotel felt like a very personal oasis in which we could have a glass of wine and dip our feet in the pool and peacefully enjoy the birds chirping and the greenery of the yard. Breakfast was always a treat. They always served a variety of breakfast items and had your coffee or tea to order. There was afternoon tea/coffee time as well if you just wanted to chill out and have an afternoon beverage. We were also fortunate to receive the only garden-level room that allowed to walk up to the pool and patio at our leisure. I should also say that there is zero need to be concerned with your safety in this area. The police (and definitely not the protesters) will not hurt tourists and I never once felt unsafe wandering over to the artsy and cozy Lastarria neighborhood. Additionally, the front doors are always locked and someone is there 24/7 to let you in. Overall, comfy bed, great food and ambiance, incredible staff, and truly a phenomenal experience all around. I can't stress enough how much I enjoyed this place. Thanks again!”

“Unfortunately, the current unrest in Santiago curtailed the freedom of movement around the city. Otherwise the location of the hotel is very good. The selection at breakfast was good. The staff were excellent in their friendliness and service.”
