Cons (-) The breakfast is crowded and the toilet is quite small.
Pros (+) Great service, mostly English-compatible (note that in Brazil, that's actually a bit rare), nice quiet gym with gorgeous balcony overlooking city, good sized and well-appointed room, clean and friendly overall.
Cons (-) Weak food service (made up for by the fact that some of the best food in Sao Paulo is right there), tiny TV.
Pros (+) The location was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful
Cons (-) the gym was small and poorly equipped; the glass door in the bathroom was dirty; the food was just OK (but the coffee and juice was excellent)
