Pros (+) Great service, mostly English-compatible (note that in Brazil, that's actually a bit rare), nice quiet gym with gorgeous balcony overlooking city, good sized and well-appointed room, clean and friendly overall.
Cons (-) Weak food service (made up for by the fact that some of the best food in Sao Paulo is right there), tiny TV.
