Pros (+) The location was good, facilities were clean.
Cons (-) The internet connection was unreliable at best and generally nonexistent. It was slow during the day (speedtest.net about 2-3mb/s) but wouldn't work at all during the evenings. The hotel felt tired and in need of a facelift.

Pros (+) Love this hotel. I've stayed in three hotels in Sao Paulo and this is the one I'll be returning to. Such a lovely welcome. Great room and amazing breakfasts. The added and unexpected extras such as sparkling wine, chocolate and the japanese hot tub made the stay very special. Thank you to all the staff at L'Hotel Porto Bay.
