The reception services
the facility, no curtain on the bathroon windows, dripping air conditioner upstairs, lousy breakfast and restaurant dinner.
The rooms were enormous with a distinct living room and full kitchen facilities (although I did not use them). Location was very good - two streets away from the metro station. Breakfast was fine.
Very sadly, the rooftop pool was under repair, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Not many hotels in Sao paulo have an outdoor pool, so this wasa real find for the price (except there was no functioning outdoor pool).
large room, apartment
noisy , bad isolation
Good location, downtown but away from street noise. Good breakfast. The refrigerator was well supplied. There was a water purifier, a microwave and a stove.
I was given a room on the 13th floor and awaken abruptly at about 8am by tremendously loud construction work coming probably from the immediate roof. The room had a non-functioning TV. When reassigned to another room on the 4th floor, the TV in this room did not work, neighther the stove. Non- English speaking staff, even to discuss the the bill, and the hotel is advertised as International.
Staff was very friendly and tried their best although most of them spoke very little English
The room was very big and the location was good(quiet and safe). The staff was helpful.
Great, english speaking, friendly staff. TV with at english channels, quiet, great view, kitchen and separate living room. Many restaurants around and some really good beer bars
The hotel is located near Avenida Paulista, Sao Paulo's most famous street, and the personnel are friendly and always willing to help.
Rooms are comfortable but decoration and furniture are quite old and need change.
The suite was very celan and well apppointed. Very good comprehensive cable in English and a lovely big bed.
The kitchen good but under-stocked with cooking utensils and pots.
The breakfest was poor and the staff closed the door before 10 ocolock....we came in when a guest leaft and the staff didnt like....he took out the food withouth ask if we had finishid our breakfest.
