Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, highlighting excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with many reviews noting clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. Comfortable beds contributed to a pleasant stay for several guests. However, the hotel's location received numerous negative comments, with concerns about safety, the presence of homeless individuals, and a generally unappealing neighborhood. Noise from the surrounding area was also a common issue, particularly at night, affecting guests' ability to rest. Overall, while service, cleanliness, and comfort were appreciated, the location and noise level detracted from the experience for many.
