The location is good and is a nice clean place. Ours was a standard apartment. Overall it was good but on the expensive side
Vastly exceeded my expectations. Room was a suite, full marble flooring throughout, balcony with table and chairs, small cooking area. Very luxurious indeed, the best hotel of about eight that I've stayed at in Sao Paulo.
Door keys were old-fashioned and didn't seem terribly secure - the doorway was cracked from an attempted break-in.
Great location close to Paulista Ave and shopping in Augusta Ave, large and comfortable room, friendly staff and good breakfast
Not many of the staff spoke English, but we could always find someone who did.
Helpful staff, good value for money

Good services, excellent location, well-decorated. Good breakfast.
Nothing to complain about.
Spacious rooms with a bit weird années 70 design (everything is new although), helpful and very freindly staff, nice continental breakfast from 6-30 to 11 (very handy if you go clubbing and come back to hotel after 6).
Well, as everywhere in Brazil, English rarely spoken, if that can be a case.
The rooms were of good size and cean. The staff was outstanding and very helpful, as was the restaurant personnel.
The bathroom was in poor condition and badly needed renovations, although the room attendant kept it very clean.
the room itself was great. large, clean, comfortable.
No one on staff at the hotel could speak english which made things a bit difficult a times.
Very friendly staff. Well organized. Garage service is ok and the location of the hotel is good, close to Av. Paulista and metrò station.
