Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and found the beds to be comfortable, making it suitable for short stays. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, including unhelpful staff, slow check-in, and lack of support in difficult situations. Cleanliness and amenities received mixed feedback, with some guests noting issues with room temperature, noise, and worn linens. Overall, while the location and bed comfort stood out positively, service quality was a major concern for many guests.AI-Generated from customer reviews
