Pros (+) Staff left me a welcome note, got me in early and were exceptionally friendly. Would stay again. Room was great.
Cons (-) The shower head leaked and didn't work that well. The coffee spoon provide had been used and was not clean. Was clearly just put back in the coffee station and not even rinsed. It had coffee spots on both sides. The water bottles provided were just refilled. The lids were cracked. Room 908

Pros (+) This is the best hotel by far in the Soo! Walking distance to everything you want to do. Brewery, Bush Plane Museum and the boardwalk.

Our room was a bit of another story - wallpaper was peeling, so bad in one spot, by the window, that it was coming right off and there was black mould both on the wall and the wallpaper. Tub was a bit rusty, room a bit banged up elsewhere. Just not what I expect from a Delta hotel. Told the front desk...

Pros (+) The Beds were nice.
Cons (-) That you can't rent movies on the tv and our channel's were pretty messed up. Basically the TV sucked
