    The hotel is newer than most in the area.

    We traveled during covid and the hotel could have been cleaner. Some staff were walking around without masks on. The didn’t clean the rooms thoroughly enough, but I am not sure if other hotels in the area would have been better.

    Nice hotel.

    Hotel restaurant and room service is a bit pricey, but there many restaurants nearby.

    One of the best in the Sault

    This is a great value for your money. This is anAscend hotel part of the Choice Hotel chain. It surpasses what you might otherwise expect.

    The layout is just a little complicated.

    It was a nice hotel, we loved the room.

    We got there on New Years eve just in time to see the ball drop. I ordered drinks. It was a nicer bar, but the staff did not seem like they were trained bar tenders at all and did not know how to make or pour drinks. The drinks were expensive, they should have someone on staff who is an actual bar tender. I was very dissapointed. The place was also a mess.
