Pros (+) The room was charming, spacious and nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff excellent.
Cons (-) If you like a hot shower...you're not getting one here. The water was warm at best. We didn't even turn on the cold side and it was still just warm. The building is old (charming) so you can hear the people above you moving around.
