Cons: Clean room, good breakfast, nice pool area(but water was really cold) great price

Cons: Uncomfortable bed. Extremely noisy hotel, very difficult to get a good night's rest.

Cons: The heat was not working in our room unfortunately, but even with the air not working it still wasn't too cold. There was also a lack of parking spots later at night. When we checked in we had a great spot by the front door, but then we left to eat and came back and there was only one spot left and half of it was a snow bank... So needless to say I parked on a snow bank. Also there were no vending machines, if you wanted something to drink or snack on you had to buy it from the front desk. And the prices were outrageous. Also the lady that checked us in was sort of snobby.

Cons: The bed a kind of hard and the pillows were not that great and the bathroom was small!

Cons: The complimentary breakfast wasn't the greatest and there was a problem with the toilet in our room. No information on things to do in the area.

Cons: I booked a week ahead and upon arrival was told they no longer had a room for me. They put me in a "motel" down the street. I was traveling for business and packed light, did not pack everything I needed due to the amenities at a Hyatt, which they did not have at the place they put me up in. I paid $110 more than the nightly rate at the place they put me up in and no one will return my call and refund that money. This seems like a pretty good scam for the Hyatt. I'm extremely disappointed as I've used the Hyatt for business many times before and the service at this location was terrible.

Cons: The breakfast line was soooooo long each day we were there. Our bathroom had noticeable water damage to the walls and shower. The couch in our room was noticeably worn. The fridge wasn't cold at all. There were no outlets near the bed to charge our phones or other devices.

Cons: The bar was closed at 9:00pm Saturday.

Cons: Because there isn't a pool, I feel the price should be lower.

Cons: There were several weird smells throughout the hotel. My room smelled of Body Odor and air freshener. Halls smelled like old food and lobby smelled strongly of cheap cleaner. Front desk staff was friendly but didn't seem to have all the information about the hotel. When asked about ordering something from the bar she wasn't sure if they were going to be opening that day and didn't seem interested in finding out. Just a bit of a strange customer experience overall.

Cons: There were ashtrays in the non-smoking rooms, several cigarette butts in the sink when we arrived, and the whole room stank. We arrived well after bedtime with a cranky toddler and were only staying one night, so we just dealt with it, but it was gross.

Cons: The floors in our room were very sticky, even the carpet. We didn't even take our shoes off because it was so gross. My parents room had the latch on the frame of their door completely missing. The staff working breakfast didn't even speak English, so you couldn't even ask them anything or explain anything. That was extremely frustrating. To pay that kind of money and have your room be dirty, and not maintained, as well as staff that doesn't speak English? We were extremely disappointed.

Cons: The hotel was very hard to find due to the lack of signage on the outside

Cons: The food at this hotel is the worst food I've ever experienced from any hotel. I've stayed here before, about a year and a half ago, and the food was horrible then and it's horrible now. Their yogurt parfaits tasted sour. The food in the restaurant is tasteless and overcooked. It's also pretty expensive for the quality.

Cons: Everytime I exited the hotel, someone was smoking in front of the door of the hotel. It was disgusting. My lungs burned for hours afterward. My children had to breath in the smoke. The smoking area should be moved away from the building. If you are choosing to engage is such an unhealthy, deadly habit, then do it away from other guests. I shouldn’t be exposed to smoke simply because another guest has an addiction.
