Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest experiences at this hotel were mixed, with several negative comments about cleanliness, location, and service. Many guests reported dirty rooms, bugs, and a generally unkempt environment, while others felt unsafe due to the neighborhood and parking lot conditions. Service was often described as unhelpful or unprofessional, with complaints about staff responsiveness and issues with refunds. However, a few guests did note positives such as convenient location for their needs, comfortable beds, and amenities like the pool. Some found the price reasonable and the rooms decent for the cost, but overall, the negatives outweighed the positives in most reviews.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Really clean. Matched pictures. Great for the price.
Pros (+) Great staff
Pros (+) I liked the convenience to the grocery store and it was central to all my activities in south Scottsdale
Cons (-) I called in advance to confirm I had a non-smoking room. I was told it was 100% a non-smoking facility. I was checked into a room that was definitely smoked in. I have allergies and it was tough to sleep and not keep waking up because of the condition of the room.
Pros (+) Room was pretty, functional and well designed for a small space.
Cons (-) Asked for extra hangers twice and never got them. Safe was broken 3 of the 4 nights we were there. Not much of a view from our room. Leak in our bathroom ceiling dripped water in us.
Cons (-) Worn out. Dirty. Noisy
Pros (+) Wonderful, kind staff and really comfortable, clean rooms.
Pros (+) Location location location... For the purpose of my trip and the price(60/night) the hotel was central to everything I planned to do which made it a great choice.
Cons (-) The rooms initially appeared to be nice but their attention to detail is severely lacking. The sheets on the beds are white so it's very easy to see the black or reddish brown(hoping not blood) spots and lines on the comforters. The desk is black granite which made it a bit difficult to see the ants crawling on it but my daughter saw them and killed them with my boot. I thought she was kidding sin...
