Staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming.
Decent accomodations, good price
Room was fine - no serious complaints. Although we were told it was “newly renovated” and unless their definition of “newly” means 1986, I would say that wasn’t the case. But staff was very nice, check-in and out was smooth and easy, and the price was right.
Toilet was noisy, and the room was not “newly renovated”.
We didn't like them delicious cookies
The beds and pillows were great. The room itself was clean.
The expensive parking fee and overall valor wasn't the best.
Good but could be better
My room on the non-airport side in the North Tower was very comfortable and quiet.
Upon check-in which was very hectic, they did not give me a parking pass which was not noticeable until you drove around to the parking lot and couldn't get in. Drove back, got the pass. Drove to park, pass didn't work. Drove back got a new pass. Staff acted like "No big deal". No fridge in the rooms. Food and beverage prices are very high and very skimpy.
You should refund my cost due to the following complaints: 1) Too far of a walk from the valet parking to my actual room; confusing map and got lost 2) Parking is way too expensive per night; I could have booked in nicer area for the same cost, total up $170/night including parking and room charges 3) The hall carpet and my room smell so bad because of its mildew and odors 4) I call your customer service to complaint about this and you guys hung up on me 5) My neighbors next door slamming the doors from 11pm-2am that woke me up from my sleep
Great service and value. I always park here when flying out and stay.
Distance to room and non-functioning elevator extended the distance.
The room was quite luxurious, the free internet was fast enough, and the bathroom was very clean with a lighted mirror.
The parking situation is ridiculous, especially with cost. The in-out ticket machine wouldn't read my ticket. Parts of the hotel had an odd smell as if the carpet needed to be cleaned.
Clean comfortable room, nice lighting & plumbing fixtures. Fairly quiet except for leaf blowers. Good location.
Leaf blowers outside at 8:30 in the morning.
Clean, comfortable and a very pleasant and helpful staff.
The hotel's friendly cats that lived in the parking lot.
Our room's sliding glass doors that faced the close-by airport runways and the aircraft noise kept us awake all night.
it was close to the airport
The reservation wasn't and it was more than the reserved price.
very comfortable bed, also breakfast is good
no free internat in the room
Close to airport, fit our needs for the night we spent there
Very gig and you have to be ready to do a lot of walking inside the hotel
The ample sized room and the relaxing pool
Comfortable bed. Tea and Coffee Making faciilities and extremely courteous and helpful staff..
The breakfast was far too expensive
Comfortable rooms. Location and easy access to airport and light rail to downtown. Need a little updating but clean rooms.
The cookies were excellent and the food at the restaurant was very good.
The pillows in the guestrooms are horrendous. The valet service was inconsistent and poorly managed. The valet service and attendants need a major overhaul.
This was a stopover for us catching a flight out of Sea-Tac and it more than met our needs and would recommend it to other travelers doing the same.
Please write at least 15 words. Pleasant staff, comfortable, convenient to airport, aethetically-pleasing landscaping, quiet
Parking, particularly associated with check-in. Many travelers prefer to check-in and park their own cars. Reserving the front area for guest check-in (minus the very large hotel shuttle bus) would help.
