Pros (+) Convenience of location, close to freeway and downtown but mostly because it was near our daughter's home. Happy that the room had a refrigerator and microwave.
Cons (-) The website is not updated, said there was continental breakfast but there is none because of Covid restrictions. The pictures on-line hide the older looking condition of the buildings. Rough around the edges but the room was clean. Air conditioner worked but was loud.

Cons (-) Daytime front desk clueless and downright rude.Older femal desk clerk not there to work. For her she's paid to watch tv. 2 times out 3 the day shift never answers the phone.Due to the lack of service you would never gyess this was a chain hotel. Beds as hard as rocks. No pilllow tops like the rest of the other Days Inn.
