Staff and location excellent.
Hotel partly closed for renovation during our stay.
We booked a “Family Package” but were placed in non adjoining rooms. I hate this- it always happens and hotels pretend to not be in control of the reservation or room assignment. We were separated from our kids and it made the whole experience anxious. We booked 4 months in advance- they got my credit card- I should have got an adjoining room.
Small windows, not much light. Also very limited tv options. Would d like access to Netflix.
Great location and friendly staff.
Hotel and service were both great. Would stay here again.
We had an unexpected guest stay the night with us and apparently due to fire codes we could not get a rollout bed delivered. We were in a suite so I don't know what type of room it would have fit in.
Close to business district, restaurants, and entertainment...
Given the room rate, free bottled water should be supplied...not $8 per bottle.
Great location, short walk to Pike Place Market.
Wifi is not included in the room price.
The Fairmont was the perfect romantic weekend getaway. Walkable to coffee, wine bar, excellent resturants, several theaters and Pike Place for breakfast at Lowell's. Service was top-notch. Staff was personable and attentive.
I didn't like having to leave.
Great staff. Great location. what could be better?
It's the best
very comfortable hotel with great staff
beautiful indoor lap pool encouraged exercising; large comfortable rooms with excellent mini-bar and tea pot (so often just a coffee maker and I drink tea); great location - easy walk to tourist sites and waterfront
A little outdated
The indoor pool and hot tub the high thread count of your sheets
Coffee should have been provided in your room.....bothersome to have to go to the gym every morning!!
The pool and hot tub and work out room - wonderful concierge
Location and staff
The room didn't cater for children (i.e. we booked a suite and needed a fold up bed)...
The old world flavor and charm of a luxury hotel that has been updated without losing its taste.
staff very friendly and helpful; elevators were fast; food at the banquets was excellent; free newspaper on weekdays
bed not as comfortable as I had hoped but room temp control was great
Lovely decor, warm professional staff, a truly luxurious experience
