Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent service, friendly and professional staff, and prime location within walking distance to attractions. Cleanliness was highlighted positively, with many finding rooms and public areas well maintained, though a few noted occasional lapses. The bar and lobby areas were frequently mentioned as attractive and enjoyable spaces. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms added to guests' satisfaction. Some negative points included overbooking, occasional cleanliness issues, slow breakfast service, and minor maintenance concerns, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives.

Beautiful, historic building. Rooms are clean on the surface but wiring behind the bed looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a while. We were traveling with kids and no amenities provided for kids

Pros (+) Staff and location excellent.
Cons (-) Hotel partly closed for renovation during our stay.

Cons (-) We booked a “Family Package” but were placed in non adjoining rooms. I hate this- it always happens and hotels pretend to not be in control of the reservation or room assignment. We were separated from our kids and it made the whole experience anxious. We booked 4 months in advance- they got my credit card- I should have got an adjoining room.

Pros (+) Hotel and service were both great. Would stay here again.
Cons (-) We had an unexpected guest stay the night with us and apparently due to fire codes we could not get a rollout bed delivered. We were in a suite so I don't know what type of room it would have fit in.
