They have these brew and roast meetings in the morning and afternoon and invite the whole hotel down for free coffee and drinks so everyone can meet and mingle
Something very minor the hotel hadn’t even considers an annoyance to its visitors. And they staff was extremely receptive to my suggestion.
Rooms were large for Seattle, clean and comfortable
The location was excellent in the downtown core. Easy access to Pike Place and various attractions. Style was very artsy and modern. Rooms were nice, a little on the small side. Staff was very helpful and polite.
Rooms were a little on the small side. Bathrooms were very cramped.
It’s all a facade.
They have nice designs and choices to make it feel premium the additional perks of a literal happy hour and a premium coffee in the morning.
However, walls are thin, windows allowed street noise in, rooms are snug, elevator is exhaustingly slow, and beds are near concrete in firmness.
You don’t get what you pay for. I paid well over $350+ per night. The rooms are very small....New York small! Air conditioners are old window units and obstruct views. We asked for a late checkout because we had a late afternoon flight and before my husband could finish his sentence they flat out said NO! A simple, “I’m sorry sir, we uortunately cannot accommodate a late checkout.” Would have been suffice. It was a Tuesday, NOT a holiday, and the hotel did not seem busy at all. It’s not the worst hotel, but there were to many flaws for my liking. If I ever visit Seattle again I’ll more than likely be staying at a different hotel.
Wouldn't stay here again.
The front desk staff and the valets were very friendly.
The room size was ridiculous and the bathroom was the size of a closet. They obviously know that the rooms are noisy because they give you a pair of ear plugs on the nightstands.
Craft beer everyday from 5-6pm for free and as much as you can drink in an hour.
Friendly staff; good location
Mini full room is smaller than my expectation; the bathroom and restroom are separated.
The beds are really comfortable the room are clean we plan to come back.
The bathroom was a little small but it worked
Cool Vibe, TINY Rooms
I liked the overall feel and look of the lobby, the staff was nice, so was the location.
When we booked a room, it was listed as a 2 person 'microqueen' which I assumed would be a bed somewhere between a full and a queen. It was actually a queen-sized bed in a room that was barely larger than a queen-size bed. It kind of feels like you are in the shipping container of the mattress. If all you want to do is lie on a bed it's cool, but it's quite cramped.
Kudos to the staff who were always very friendly and helpful!
The room was very small.
I just loved everything. Would definitely stay there again.
I was supposed to stay two night but they double booked my room so they moved me to another hotel. Though it was handled very nicely, I would have preferred to stay there both nights.
