No gym or pool. Asked twice for new pillows
Staff was so welcoming and kind. The restaurant is very nice.
Well I felt like I was in a Vegas casino due to the smells in the hotel. They are pumping perfume into the air to cover udors. Our room was technically clean but felt dirty just because it’s haggered. Carpet needs changed. Stain on side of bed. Window so filthy you could barely see out of it. Bed spread all wrinkled give you the feeling it isn’t actually clean. For $180 a night I expect more up dated room.
The bed was super comfortable.
Most beautiful room I've stayed in so far. Good all-you-can-eat continental breakfast. Staff could be better, though.
Great hotel (even with no pool)
The smell of the lobby is amazing!!! Rooms are really nice. Bathrooms are nice
Ice machines only on the 6th and 16th floors. No pool.
Nice hotel but no free WiFi
Expensive parking, no free WiFi and no pool, very business focused hotel I think
Welcoming staff, comfortable room, unfortunate con
Staff always made us feel pampered. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Well-maintained, very clean, nicely designed and decorated. Convenient location.
Construction noise from the skyscraper going up next door. Said skyscraper also blocked view. Unfortunately, neither is within their control, but did cost them a star overall.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The concierge(s) were very helpful and friendly. The location was pretty good- walking distance to many attractions.
I was not informed when I checked in that a fee of $150 would be held off my card for the duration of my stay at the hotel. I checked out yesterday and have not had the money return to my account yet.
Clean hotel. Nice weight room.
Wait for check in was very long. On a Friday night at 6 PM there was only one receptionist checking in patrons. We waited almost one hour in this line. Expensive parking (~40 per night.)
Location and how nice the rooms where
The hot water was a problem... Barely could get any and allot of times I got burned. I called to have them fix it and nothing changed.
The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. You felt welcome from the time you walked in the hotel until you walked out. The location was excellent with easy walking acess to Downtown Seattle.
Nothing negative about the hotel during my stay.
The location and views of Puget Sound/Seattle are amazing. And the staff was friendly and helpful - the concierge team was especially knowledgable for visitors like us that wanted to truly explore!
The lobby seemed outddated (looked like there were about to start renovation though), and the under-building parking seemed antiquated. Next time, we will just use Metro transit and taxis.
excellent service and attention to detail by staff. Lounge and restaurant very inviting areas and R View (restaurant on 28th floor) has a phenomenal view! 5 to 6 blocks easy walk to shopping and restaurants or Pike's Market. Free breakfast or parking on weekend. Breakfast is hot and has a great menu (not continental).
Menu at R View is limited, and a little pricey for the small amount of food served. Parking is $30 a day. Some people not in good physical shape might find the walk from the hotel difficult and long.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Renaissance. We especially appreciated the free room service breakfasts. What a treat! The room was very nice and we were very comfortable.
The television could have offered more selections. We wanted to watch the Huskies game and the station that the game was on wasn't available.
the comfort of the room.
Convenient to my meeting and public transit.
