Best attraction is the reasonable rates and the location which is around the park and the major subway. The staff are also friendly although we wish more will be trained to understand English to save time on waiting and checking. This hotel is located in the financial district , so it is important that all staff know basic English.
Dislikes:The shower area is not properly partitioned from the toilet area and there is no shower curtain around the long bath - wet and messy. Breakfast is only served once with very limited portion - insufficient for all guests.

Nice little room with nice decor; Bathtub with whirlpool
Internet was not working and they confirmed it; useless computer because I could not plan my trip as there were some unexpected changes. So-so breakfast; room service took more than 2 hours to deliver; staff cannot speak English

The hotel is in a good location. There are a lot of eating places around the hotel. Public transportation is within walking distance. The river and park is about 200m walk from the hotel.
The breakfast is from 7.30am to 8.40am, should extend to 10.00am so traveller can wake up later for breakfast. The towels provided are old and torn, should provide clean and white towels.

The location is excellent with a number of restaurants, cafes, and bars to choose from, within short walk to city subway line 9 and one block away from Han River with a view of the National Assembly building. Also is just minutes walking from the Lexington hotel which is the first stop for Incheon airport to city bus.
It wasn't as clean as I expected. We found 2 used condoms when we checked into the room. That was gross. Other than that, the toilet did not flush / drain quickly; the shower door failed to close completely and water would run out onto the bathroom floor. Towels had spots. Overall, let's just say the guest did not feel confident the place is properly sanitized or tidied up.
