It was a short walk to the Santa Justa train station which was helpful, and the room was clean.
Please note, these are just observations - not complaints. I found this hotel to most likely cater to families that are on a flexible schedule. I was there for business and most likely won't stay there again. As a business traveller, breakfast should be available before 8 am - i paid for a service that i wasn't able to use as business meetings started at 8. The location, although close to the train station, was isolated from everything - you really needed the train to get to anything (like the subway/metro)- you had to time this correctly as well, seeing as the train (C4) only came every half hour. I tried to walk to the subway once from the hotel (it took a good 30 minutes at least). For business travellers, i don't think its ideal.
