Cons:I plugged in November 8-12th as my dates. When I clicked view deal it appeared I was getting those dates as they still appeared at the top of the screen. So I clicked book it, it was a non refundable rate. Then it showed the September date booked. Immediately called Getaroom and they were supposed to fix it, still have not heard back.
Pros:Service was excellent!!
Cons:Location was the weakness as we were not in the heart of the old city and we were traveling as tourists.
Pros:Hotel was amazing. Beautiful pool and patio, excellent staff and service, wonderful food at the on-site restaurant, comfortable rooms, modern gym and business office facilities, free laundry. Grocery store around the corner of needed. Free daily shuttles to the city centre. What more could you ask for? Excellent hotel.
Cons:It's a bit far from the city centre but the free shuttles make up for that and it's a nice quiet area.
Pros:Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Spoke excellent English as well
Cons:Out of the way if you plan to spend most of your time in the old sections of Sevilla. AC / Heat unit noisy

Cons:Advertised as an airport hotel with shuttle. Ten minutes from airport and shuttle didn't run until 9:00 am. Had to take a taxi that cost me 30 Euros, half the cost of the room. Would not stay here again.

Cons:The location, it is the last spot in the city, pretty far from downtown
Pros:Brand new property
Cons:Brand new property however the location is out in the sticks. They have limited parking so coming in a car might be an issue. You can use the shuttle they provide but that has limited hours and availability basically you are screwed either ways. Taxi to train station charged Euro 22 whereas a day before it charged us Euro 11 what happened? Will tell you, they charge a premium to come get you at the hotel and the staff there doesn't even know that's the case. My friends and I were disappointed with our stay at the property purely because of poor location.
