small and quaint with lots of plants at entrance.Very friendly and helpful. Second floor had slight view from room. Very clean and comfortable for the two day stay. Close walking to food and entertainment once we found it.It
No elevator. We were amazed when GPS said you had arrived at your destination and we were in a narrow back ally. Public parking was about six blocks away and cost 18 euros per day.

The location in a quite street and super nice patio/entrance of a typicall sevilla house
Isolation of the rooms --> you can hear all the activity going on in the morning

Beautiful building in a great location... leave your windows closed at night or some German tourist group will be waking you up when they meet under your window, if you plan on sleeping past 7am.
When the internet went down there was really no effort to fix it.

The position, just close to the center of the city
I was at the first floor and room was quite noisy, you could hear everything ( phone etc ) from the reception. Price is not that low, but it's just 5 minutes from the center, that could maybe justify.
