The hotel is in a very good location in terms of walking to the cathedral and other tourist sites. Our room was very average in terms of what I paid. The rooms were fine for an average, basic room, but I paid far more than it was worth. I was led to believe I could receive a 10% discount with the Rick Steve's book, but the hotel would not honor it since I booked through " booking.com". No effort was made at all to accomodate me for this misunderstanding since I had chosen this hotel specifically for the discount offered. The man at the desk was borderline rude and totally uninterested in helping us. All in all, it was a major disappointment and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Not at all worth the money......highly over-rated and the rooms were mediocre at best. The staff was borderline rude and basically disinterested in us. The only positive was the central location and within good walking distance of the sites. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Sorry Rick Steve's....it was a total bust!

The location was perfect. It is tucked in the heart of the Santa Cruz area on a quiet pedestrian street. Our room was very large, charming, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I will be staying here again.
Our only window faced the interior courtyard, but it was a small sacrifice for a spacious, fantastic room at such a good price.

Fantastic location in centre of Seville old city within a few minutes walk of the Cathedral and Alcazar, a lovely small and very peaceful hotel with friendly staff. Excellent continental style breakfast for an extra 5 euros each which is well worth having.
