Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the beds. Many reviews also mention that the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with some appreciating the amenities for pets. However, some guests feel that the hotel does not meet the expectations of a four-star rating, citing issues with value for price and outdated facilities in certain areas. Noise from the pool and terrace is occasionally mentioned, and a few guests note the hotel's distance from the city center.
