Airconditioning in first room did not work, in second room leaked all over the floor in third room on second night it was perfect!
location, design, staff
Original style. Very good breakfast and nice staff
The staff was very helpful.. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, the bed was very comfortable. THe staff went out of their way to provide food for breakfast when we were awake before the serving hours even brought it up to our room, The roof top terrace was beautiful.
If you are handicapped there isn't an elevator,, the location isn't the best
Our room was really lovely and comfortable the hotel was extremely clean the staff c=very helpful
Noise, noise, noise!!! Serious building work right next door making hotel vibrate started at 8 in the morning not nice way to wake up!!
Friendly service, wonderful breakfast every morning. Very good location about 10 minutes walk from the cathedral area of town and situated very close to some of the best tapas bars.
First and foremost, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff: there was a very personal feel to the whole experience. The design and history of the place was what attracted us to it when choosing a hotel. The location was perfect for both sight-seeing and shopping, and the surrounding bars and restaurants catered for a variety of tastes.
It was fairly obvious that the hotel was not staffed during the night and overnight security could be compromised. One wondered what would happen if there were an emergency.
into the city
The hotel was adorable and charming. Very quiet area. Although the bed was small, it was incredibly comfortable.
To find the hotel was tricky. Altough asuperior room was booked, we ended up in a standard room. Still nice though.
