Mix of mod rooms with old building. And clean!
Elevator under construction.
Great design with a spanish flaire, ask the staff about the tapas in the neighbouhood :)
Though the room was great, the bed was not comfortable.
On one of the main squares of Sevilla and so excellently located. Good quality accommodation, pretty internal patio areas.
Lift out of order, arriving by car a nightmare in the one way system even with Tom Tom. Car park charged at 24 hour rate but 12 Midday is leaving time despite when one arrives. Luckily manager allowed us to stay there 3 more hours but for a lte evening leaver an additional heavy cost.
.Nice facility, at the heart of Sevilla.
The staff at this facility are rude and don´t follow through with requests. For instance, I check in and asked for two additional pillows, never received them ever. Additionally, while the facility is nice, the location is very close to loud and obnoxious drunken idiots who tend to yell and scream in the middle of the night, it is just a very loud area. I did not sleep at all for the few days I stayed there. They charge to use the safe deposit box, which I find strange...perhaps it isn´t. The overall vibe from most the staff, with the exception of one or two is very uncaring and cold. I would never come back.
Beautiful building and room. Room could almost be described as that of a boutique hotel. Non touristy area on an interesting square with bars and restaurants enjoyd by locals.
Layout made hotel noisy in the mornings -if you wanted a lie in or had been enjoying the typically late Spanish evenings out. Some might think it is a bit far away from the main sights but it was a pleasant 15 minute walk seeing real Seville and near more local and less expensive restaurants/bars.
Clean and tidy, recently renovated to a good standard, functioning Air Con unit.
Phone was dead. We were woken up at 8am due to repair works outside our room - no warning! Generally the hotel was faceless I.E. could have been anywhere in the world. Windows opened to an internal patio = no privacy when windows open.
Air conditioning! Nice in Sevilla in July. Kitchen: good for budget meals. Room towards patio: Quiet.
Close to places I needed to go to. Nice decoration. Access to Internet
Air conditioning, too cold and noisy and could not be adjusted. In hot weather, I had to have it on and bear the noise and freeze or turn it off and open the window and stew... The buffet breakfast was lousy and the price makes it a robbery. I should have been paid to even consider eating it. Disgusting croissants...
the romm was very comfortable and the staff very helpful. Would recommend to friends and colleagues
The place is very Spanish. Very homie. It has a small kitchen, small stove but we never use it. The room are huge, as well as the living room. Bathroom is small like most place in Europe. The receptionist is very helpful. About 10 minutes walk to the attractions. Many restaurants around and much cheaper than in the attractions area but most only speak Spanish.
It doesn't bother me but there is a park/placa alameda de hecules has live concerts in the weekend and can be very noisy till 2-3 in the morning. Also the park is pretty stinky.
