Pros: The property is decidedly a Grande Dame. You almost feel underdressed if not attired in formal wear. However it a far from stuffy. The staff are exquisite, knowledgeable and charming. The team of Concierge were outstanding in their recommendations and arrangements. . Breakfast buffet is one of the best I've enjoyed.
Cons: The Executive chef needs to learn how to get a brigade together. Dined twice in the main restaurant. On the second night the majority of the diners waited endlessly for their courses to arrive. Obviously a big break down. Any Chef, worth their title, should have been in view and pologizing for their ineptitude. The only blip on the radar but it was a massive one that tarnished 3 incredible nights.

Pros: This hotel was very modern and clean. The rooms are nice and have all the emenities you need. Staff very friendly and nice breakfast. Located about a 15-20 min walk from Plaza Espana, about an 8min cab ride from the Cathedral. I would definitely stay at this hotel and any othe NH hotel again.

Pros: The hotel rooms are quite spacious with a nice sized closet. I liked that it had a safe in the room as well. The location was good for me and I loved the view of the river. The breakfast has a lot of variety and the food was quite good.
Cons: I like that the hair dryer was in the bathroom, but didn't like that you had to hold the on button to keep it going. This might sound picky but it's not the best way to use it if you have to spend a lot of time. Also, the décor is a bit outdated, but the rooms are spacious and quite clean.

Pros: Although I was first sent to a room that was actually occupied (I think the person jumped into the bathroom when I entered!) when I was assigned a second room, it was very clean. I am very picky about that so I was impressed. The room was very clean but the lobby and hallways smelled like exhaust.
Cons: I was initially sent to a room that was occupied! I thought the "Do not disturb" on the door was a mistake since I had a key for the room...but when I opened it, the bed was open and there was a drink on the table. I think the person had jumped into the bathroom when i opened the door. I ran quickly back to the lobby. No internet!!!!! I had wi-fi in the evening and then when I returned from dinner to book the rest of my travels it was gone. Reception told me to use the public computer in the lobby instead which angered me. At least they do have that as a backup but for the amount I paid for the room they should have wi-fi as advertised. The lobby and hallways were full of exhaust fumes it seems like. I avoided using the AC just because it would move the stinky air into my room. I opened the windows instead. The room service menu is very scanty and what they do have is not good. I ordered a sandwhich, pretty gross but did the job. I set it in the hallways when I was done and within minutes I noticed it was covered in ants. That being said, the room and bathroom was very clean.

Pros: This location was far from the touristy things to do. It is however right across the street from the train station so walk! The breakfast was excellent it would be a great space for a convention. The pool is very nice but the gym is just ok.
Cons: The gym could be better. One treadmill is broken. There is no way to start the fan. No way to control the music.

Pros: The Ayre has a mauve and purple theme which is pleasant set in a delightful modern decor. There is a pool, though a bit small and a buffet (which I did not have) for breakfast (for a fee), For a short night in Seville it was so convenient to be able to walk to the Train station, with luggage in tow. I asked for a quieter room as there were many on my floor and they immediately moved me. They have toiletries and more than I needed.
Cons: I wish it had been 10 euros less, but in end I would stay again if I needed to take the train.

Pros: The hotel is literally right outside the gate of the train station. It was perfect for us since we were trying to get in and out of the train station as quickly as possible. It is perfect for business travelers or someone passing through quickly. The outside and lobby are very modern, but the rooms are dated but clean. Though their gym had equipment from the 1970s it was nice I have something to workout on.
Cons: Not much to complain about.

Pros: Location - excellent. It is a short walk to the Cathedral, and other parts of the old city. Restaurants and cafe bars are nearby. Hotel - the building is pretty with a Spanish tiled hallway and central courtyard. Staff - the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room - The room was clean and large. There are tea/coffee making facilities. There is a hairdryer and toiletries in the bathroom. Wi-fi excellent. Price was decent, so all in all pretty happy with everything.
