Pros (+) The rooms are still gorgeous, large and very comfortable. They are beautifully designed and a real joy to stay in.
Cons (-) It's been a while since I have stayed at the PUDI. I used to be a regular. Management has obviously changed and it's not at all what it used to be. The staff used to be so well trained and such a pleasure to interact with. What happened? The lobby decor is now moderate, mainstream China with tacky signs posted etc. The staff is poorly trained, although the woman that checked us in was reading a bo...
