    Close to railway station. Nice shower.

    There is a very little member of staff at the reception compared to the number of rooms causing some delays if you needed some help at the peak time. All the rest was very good. This hotel is very good value for money.

    The location, modern ambiance, value for money, services/ facilities are all good. I have booked again en route back to Australia and provided the rates do not become too expensive I will use this hotel again on busines trip to Shanghai - I travel to China/ Shanghai every two months.

    The air conditioning temperature in room is set too high and I was not able to adjust the temperature. The sevice engineer seemed not to understand my complaint and I spent a week in a 'warm' room. I believe internet should be free of charge as it is in most five star hotels these days.
