5 mins walk from Metro green line 2 exit 12. Reception staffs were very helpful, great customer services. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to access green line 2 for airports.

Room was pretty huge and very clean. Though it’s quite hard to find the hotel as Google maps indicate different location.

The receiption helped me received two online purchase parcels which is very helpful, very good view and brilliant location, got lots restaurants downstairs some even 24 hrs, also Karaoke cross the road, we managed done a lot during after midnight due to jet lag :p

The view was excellent from the top floor and I was upgraded to the executive floor

Bed wasn’t not very comfortable but the view compensated that. Breakfast options were not good enough for vegetarians or non pork eaters.

Our room was in the 39th floor allowing great view over the city. Service was great! Location is in walking distance to a major metro station. Staff is very helpful.

Breakfast in the mountain is always special. Great buffet and a relaxing atmosphere. Always get a kick out of the chefs wearing those big funny looking hats.

Having to get up early to catch plane. Bed was comfy as was the pillow.

great location! near tube station, at the heart of new part of Shanghai, only 2 tube stations away from the old city centre. the bed was huge and comfortable. Plaza 96 (a food mall, with many good restaurants) just steps away from the hotel. we were pleased with our stay.

The hotel is located into a very nice area, next to shopping malls and restaurants. It is a European standard hotel providing all necessary facilities. i have stayed many times and I fully recommend it.

I felt very comfortable in the room and could relax excellently after the work day. The location is ideal with lots of options for food, shopping and transportation.

The acoustic separation between the rooms is not optimal. With quiet neighbours no problem. Lively neighborhood is very well audible.

Nice hotel manager organised a birthday cake and card and fruits for my friend’s birthday..that was so nice of them!!!love everything!!a little bit expensive with the service fee surcharge but with the excellent service and everything we are happy

over all the property was good in every aspect. No much of complaints with the stay. The shops inside the hotel were selling items at very high price. Hotel should look into this as there are not much shops close by.

I love the location. Starbucks and Family Mart attached to the hotel. Many restaurants nearby as well as a mall to shop at and a little further a mall with a movie theatre as well. Staff overall speak really good english which is really good. Everyone does, so its very good for foreigners. Metro is very nearby and at a really good station as both airports are on that line as well. Rooms are very clean and neat and the facilities are really good. The staff overall are helpful and will help you as much as they can. I have stayed in Shanghai quite a lot of times and this hotel was one of the best experiences I had. Good value for money I must say, if you book early that is. Its really a nice place to stay and getting around is quite easy as well.

There really isnt much to say about not liking about the hotel. The reception speaks very good english but it would be better if they were a bit warmer to the guests and had a smile. Its not like they are rude but it feels like they are trying to serve in a busy restaurant. So if they were just a little bit more friendly it would have been better. But ratger than that, not really much to complain about at all.

Lovely foyer. So many nice lights. Really fancy. Excellent, friendly greeting. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Lovely toiletries. Great view. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, WiFi - All perfect.

Bathroom was a tad small. But that’s only a trivial complaint.
