Pros (+) Easy to get to by the metro, this hotel was a great value. Very nice rooms and a friendly staff, I very much enjoyed my stay. Easy walking to restaurants, the Jing An Temple and shopping.
Pros (+) If you want to use subway, its one block away. Shopping is right in front of hotel.
Pros (+) I really like the door guy, he new my friends name, even though he had not stayed in the hotel for 9 months. All the staff was friendly and the location was perfect.

Cons (-) All 5-star hotels in China provide you with two bottles of drinking water per day. Swissotel's bottles were actually half-bottles. This is really nit-picking but I couldn't think of anything else I didn't like!
