Pros: Effective but unobtrusive staff, clean rooms, capable restaurant (good solid food, if not gourmet). Excellent location ten minutes walk from the main square. Could be a little noisy outside, but room soundproofing was pretty good. Sibiu is a nice town for a short break, perhaps not for a long stay.

Pros: A male receptionist received a complaint professionally and did everything within his power to rectify the shortcomings of his female collegue. He also offered and organised packed sandwiches, fruit, fruit juice, coffee for a 04:00 am departure. Very commendable!

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We have stayed in a number of hotels/pensions and this was up there with the top ones we have stayed at. The location was very quiet and easy to find. Even though it was not in the centre it was easy to get there from the pension. It was that good that if/when I go back to Sibiu I would stay there again.
