Pros (+) A gentleman on floor welcome me with a smile and direct me to the front Desk Staff.
Cons (-) At the Front Desk 2 staffs are on duty and never wish me or smile don't even have eye contact with me head always looking down, i don't even feel like checking in, don't have any customer service. Too Bad! never check in this hotel no more.
