The location is very convenient. It is close to MRT, mall, main road, restaurants especially hawkers. The staff during check-in is not approachable nor friendly or even that presentable but other staff are very nice. The room is small and quite old. It is only good if you'll be out of the hotel most of the time.
Hi-Tech now a day especially in S'pore but no window and not even one chair in the room and no internet or wi-fi in Hotel 81 Chinatown, very bad facilities.
