Cons (-) It was cramped, staff was extremely miserable and rude, and room was freezing, with no way to turn off the AC!! Bathroom was extremely tiny, the TV barely worked. Front desk she just like prison inmates. Front desk treated us like prison inmates, it was the opposite of welcoming.
