Quality of the food outlets. Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner don't compare at all to what is served at Royal Plaza Singapore or Marriott Singapore.I would recommend the hotel, but have your dinner elsewhere.

24 hour gym, good local style restaurant, cozy atmosphere, good conference facilities.
Location is not ideal for sightseeing or shopping. There are no MRT stations within walking distance and the shuttle bus to the shopping district plies the route only once per hour until 7pm only.

Easy access to Gleneagles Hospital and Tanglin Mall
L left a white linen blouse in the room by mistake and phoned to tell the hotel, who said they would phone me back but didn't hear from them and no blouse found!

The pool area was extremely relaxing- a quiet oasis in the middle of the city. The gym was excellent with very well maintained equipment. The room albeit a little small was very comfortable with a great shower. We found the staff of the whole very pleasant, efficient and obliging.
We feel that the duvets on the beds were inappropriate as it tended to make it too hot to sleep- and too cold when they were off- a suggestion would be to place a top sheet under the duvet in order for guests to have a lighter covering if they wanted it. Thank you

I do like the club lounge facilities although disappointed in the new breakfast format ie the hot buffet not as good as the breakfasts we experienced in December 2008. No table linen either.

“The breakfasts was excellent, plenty of varieties from different cultures. Room was quiet and very clean. Hotel located next to bus stop or 15 minutes walking from metro. A supermarket is located in the shopping mall next to the hotel.”
“Location was fine - just beside Tanglin Mall, with plenty of F&B options. A shoutout to a particular cafe in Tanglin Mall - Brunetti which sells vegan hazelnut icecream, probably the best vegan icecream on offer out there by a margin. It also sells vegan chocolate cake which is good as well. You will probably be spoilt for choice when it comes to pastries. I am just promoting Tanglin mall here more at this point. Facilities were adequate, with a spacious gym and good sized swimming pool for casual swimming. Decor at the lobby is tasteful - I somehow wished I could purchase one of the bicycles hanging on the wall beside the lobby. Also a huge shoutout to the customer service staff - Azlam, who is thoughtful and brings a smile to our faces. Exemplary service amidst the coronavirus situation.”
