Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent and strategic location near the MRT, food courts, and shopping centers, making it convenient for travelers. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including unclean rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor housekeeping. Room size is frequently mentioned as being very small and cramped, though some guests accept this due to the affordable price. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and others experiencing unhelpful or unprofessional behavior. Noise from both inside and outside the hotel is a common complaint, affecting guests' ability to relax. Overall, the location is the standout positive, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, room size, and noise insulation.
