Pros (+) Room was big, comfy, large TV, quiet
Cons (-) Taps weren't fixed into sink properly and turned when used (had to use Two hands). No signage when arriving or staff to help with luggage and reception on first floor, so lift or escalator. The room smelt of stale smoke even though it was a no smoking floor.
